Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: Sale Items, Clearance Items
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
Should a return of the physical goods be required, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization form. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
